He was always quick in responding to my calls and emails, he always came up with properties matching my criteria and despite his youth he knows how to maintain a nice balance between following up on things and showing interest without being too pushy or too salesy.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Dexters due to Jada Palmer, my agent. She’s gone above and beyond to be both responsive and to fix any issues I’ve faced in my new flat since I’ve recently moved in January. I’m so, so grateful to have such a good agent, especially since I’ve had a terrible experience in the past with my previous letting agency. GoogleHenry Liu got me into a rental property and took my deposit right away without telling me for a 1 and half a years contract when I told him my husband and I were right in the middle of buying a property. He told me on the phone that it's fine because it's easy to end the contact early. Then in 6 months when we finish buying our house Henry Liu told me I can't leave the property and that he said no such thing he said exactly word for word, "I wouldn't do that for you, I didn’t say that" HE DID THIS TO ME He knew I was leaving my previous tenancy because my landlord was not communicating with me when the boiler stopped working for months and we tried to get British Gas to fix for ourselves but we didn't have £9000 to replace our landlords boiler at the time to spare. Henry Liu caused us so much grief and then it costed us £7500 just to be allowed to leave our tenancy after a long time of having to pay both the rent and the mortgage on our house we bought He was financially killing us, we had to go some days where we only ate 1 meal a day that was usually just cereal To this day I can never forget our suffering caused by Henry liu at Dexters tenancy side in Aldgate
