GoogleDiasy was very helpful, cheerful and always looking to meet our demand and choice of apartment, but unfortunately most houses were a distance from what we wanted and also price relative but we were happy with Daisy services.

We’ve been dealing with Angelo since a few months, who was very helpful in solving some issues and major repairs in our house. Recently, we’ve also dealt with Graziana, who was very quick to solve our issues at the start of our contract renewal. Graziana’s communication was great, over the phone and via email.

GoogleDexters have been managing my London properties since 2003 and they have always been excellent. They are reliable, helpful, professional and their fees are reasonable. The attention to detail and follow-up is excellent. My current manager, Keeley Thompson is fantastic. She is extremely responsive when issues arise and is proactive in ensuring my properties are kept in good condition and that any issues are dealt with quickly so that the tenants can enjoy the properties. Dexters has a great team and I'm delighted to work with them.

GoogleI recently relocated internationally to London. I was very impressed with the level of service I received from the Dexters front desk and our property manager Ollie Fox. I needed my home address for a bunch of life admin and the front desk team were more than happy to issue a copy of my rental contract. They were also really prompt in responding to my exasperated calls when my mattress came early so I needed prior access to the apartment. I really appreciated that they made the effort to find fixes to a stressful move. As someone relocating internationally, I had a bunch of questions. Ollie was so helpful and very prompt in answering my questions and responding to our requests. I really appreciated his can do attitude. Thanks team & keep up the good work! One thing to note for those relocating internationally - under our tenancy agreement, we were signed up to a particular electricity service provider on our move in and will have to wait 28 days before we can switch to a cheaper one.

GoogleI got in touch with Dexters so they could help me find a place to rent, I got contacted by Abigail and she was fantastic, friendly, on the ball and got in touch with me every time she got something which, she felt fitted my requirements as well as my budget. Unfortunately I ended up finding something in a completely different area of London but if you're looking for a flat in the city I highly recommend her services. Abigail will always have you in mind, get in touch when she gets a property that fits your needs and will try to organise a viewing. Thanks Abigail.

I met first with Tommy that explained to me the agency philosophy and provided me with a very good current market situation and a fair value assessment of my property. He introduced me to his team of very keen and young professionals. Jilka took good care of me and within few days I had over 10 viewings and an offer at asking price. She was always punctual and very professional. She kept me informed very quickly of new developments and was very flexible with my busy schedule. Everything went smoothly.

We have been renting through Dexters and have found the whole experience to be a really positive one. Sometimes agencies can be great for the initial deal and drop off, but we have had the opposite experience. We have been really impressed by the management service provided by Dexters. In particular, property manager Khalisha has been exceptional; really going above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. 5 stars!

GoogleAVOID. 55 days after move out, still no email about reductions to our deposit and absolutely no way of getting our refund back. They haven’t responded to our 3+ emails in weeks. Finally had to reach out to tenancy deposit scheme.
