Substandard service, use at your peril

I can honestly say, Dexters Acton is the worst Estate Agents I have had the misfortune of using, over my many years of owning and selling properties. I have to give the most ineffective and uncommunicative award to Julian Kroll, who is an ‘old school’ salesman, with little substance.I urge anyone wanting to sell or indeed Let their property, NOT to use this agent, as in my opinion, you will be very disappointed with the service…you have been warned.

We dealt with Zen from the Battersea…

We dealt with Zen from the Battersea branch when we managed to lock ourselves out of the house (!) the other evening. We called the branch immediately, Zen was the only person left in the office and was just about to leave for the day, but she kindly stayed and waited for us to get there so we could pick up a spare set of keys. I would highly recommend Dexters and in particular Henry. I had an offer from a tenant within 48 hours after I briefed the agency and the tenant moved in in less than 2 weeks. Henry was brilliant, he organised everything and was replying to all my texts and emails promptly (even during his time off). Good Morning London! I would like to share with you my honest opinion about this agency and especially Jilka (the agent that was working with us). So, Me and my husband went to Kilkenny, Ireland in September last year, stayed there through the lock down. So in the beginning of the summer it was the perfect time to come back.
