Since I moved to London, I had few different flats and I have always dealt with agencies and to be completely honest it was always a hustle and ended up messy. However with Dexters it is completely different, they found me my dream home and it is especially the afterwards that is properly amazing. I recently found an apartment after working with over six letting agencies. It was a frustrating experience until I came across Dexters. Charles Antony was extremely helpful and helped me find my current apartment. He was professional but also genuine. Additionally, he was able to answer all my questions and was responsive to my many calls and emails (this was not the case with other agents). Dexters (especially Thomas Jeeves) were great in dealing with a problem I had with a sofa delivery for a letting they manage for us. I was away and Thomas not only waited for the sofa, but actually carried it (with some help) up the last 2 flights of stairs when the delivery men refused to. Then, when it wouldn't fit through the door, liaised with Atlas of London (also great) to get it in to the flat. Really stellar service.
