GoogleI do not recommend using this agency, they are not professional, I wasted a lot of time with them, they made an appointment to see 3 houses on Saturday. they changed the appointment several times ... and then called me and informed me 3 hours before the viewings that the owners live inside and there are no visits on Saturdays, then I asked for information on the other properties (which they booked for the visits) and they did not even know which houses they had to show me .. I just wasted a lot of time with people who are not at all professional and serious, you can not be so negligent in the sale of properties your agent made an appointment after 2 weeks to see 3 apartments for sale, on the day of the appointment they contacted me telling me that we had to move the appointments and bring them forward by 4 hours, then 2 hours later I was informed that one property had already been sold another was not possible to see because people live inside and the third did not have the address, and on the phone they asked me to give them the address because they had not saved the visits, all while I was driving my car, how can I learn 3 house addresses by heart, after I spoke on the phone and asked how it was possible that out of 3 appointments made all 3 were cancelled 1 hour before the visit, I received offers of other properties for sale at prices higher than 50,000k my budget, I only lost a day of work and they ask me to move the visit of one other week then , I ask to take me out from they’re list of buyers

GoogleMy housemates and I started renting through Dexters earlier this year. At the start of the tenancy we were somewhat disappointed with the state of the house, however since the appointment of our new property manager, Christine, the service we have received has been consistently of the highest quality. Christine is very capable, prompt, helpful, and friendly, and she has worked with us, the landlord, and various contractors to assist with all our issues, both big and small.

I decided to use Dexters after another agent was unable to sell my property and received an offer via Dexters ( a few weeks later). The team was friendly and process of putting it on market and viewings was easy. I do have to recommend their onward sales support as Verity was great, knew where everyone in the chain was and kept me updated on regular basis - excellent service!

Some issues we had at the start got solved with high priority and even if some complications come up on the way they will always try their best to give you excellent service.
