We then instructed Dexters, who visited the property within an hour of the call to get 'eyes on the property' before calling out to prospective clients. Thanks to the hard work of Daine, Aaron and Sade, they had lined up several viewings for that evening. From those viewings we had competitive offers and agreed terms with tenants. I can't thank the team enough for their hard work, professionalism and desire to close the business and ensure that contracts, deposits were signed within a few days. Daine, Aaron and Sade, thanks so much for your assistance here and also a mention to Ryan who manages the Clapham/Balham office for his constant communication and for leading a fantastic team.
