Very good housing agents in South London. I have been dealing with them for quite some time and I have to say that they are very approachable and always keen to help with issues/questions. Leo Monteiro has been my recent contact and he is a very pleasant guy, friendly who strives to help with any issues. After 2 and a half years both Dexters and as an extension, Leo, have been greatly supportive especially after discussing about changes needed in the house so as to extend the contract.

Highly recommend Dexter Clapham South Office! - Especially Autumn Bailey, who assisted us in finding the perfect apartment match for us. After being on the look out for a new place, me and my partner met A LOT of letting agents. Autumn is hands down the most professional and reliable person we encountered. Instead of just showing us the property we contaced Dexter's for, she made a portfolio of properties with the desired qualities we were looking for. A lot of agents do this, but we experienced that most of the "other" apartments were the ones they had not been able to let, and therefore didn't fit our specs at all. Not the case with Autumn! We liked all the properties she viewed us - she also got all the viewings for the same day, around the same time, driving us from door to door. Making our time worth the while, something we greatly appreciate as two working professionals. Hands down our best experience with a letting agent.

We recently moved into our new place with Dexters and our property managers Charlotte Kennedy and Alfie Brown were really great throughout the whole process. We had a couple of issues at the beginning and they made sure that everything was resolved or on the way to be resolved within 24 hours. If you have EMMA BEARD as your tenancy manager; good luck to you. She is incapable of reading a single email from anyone, and has some astounding skills in selective responding. I think my partner and I must have attempted to correspond with her at 7 different occasions stipulating we are now abroad and that our old numbers are not in use anymore. Emma must have decided that we were emailing in a different language as she chose to ignore all of them. It was like dealing with an ignorant bat, only bats use sonar to try and navigate their way through life. When we did eventually manage to contact her (through no help from her whatsoever), she couldn’t even be bothered to deal with us herself! We dealt with someone else with a very quick 5 minute call. Overall, a very bleak experience. Would not recommend. Emma, if you hate emailing tenants and reading so much, I recommend you find a job elsewhere. Maybe one that doesn’t require you to follow an email chain or talking to tenants at all!

We are at the end of our 2 year lease in a property managed by Dexters. 3 months prior our leaving, the property was back on the market and viewings had to be arranged. Aaron, Daine, Ryan and everyone on the team at Dexters were very considerate. Made sure the viewings were at a time suitable for us and not intrusive as my aging mother would have been very anxious about having strangers in the house. It was also reassuring that we had a feeling that people who were brought to view the property were serious clients and not random people just wanting to view a house. Which meant the number of visits were limited only to those who were genuinely interested. I would be very happy to have Dexters working with me in the future for bother as a landlord and as a tenant. Thank you to everyone at Dexters Clapham South!
