Dear Rachel I understand that your Landlord has reviewed your rent payments in relation to the leak from the roof. This is currently in the hands of the Block Managers and neither the Landlord nor Dexters are able to take any action as I believe you are aware. We do accept that this has been extremely inconvenient to you and our Property Management team will keep in touch with you as soon as they are advised of the next steps the Block Managers will be taking.
