Bianca from Dexters Ealing was by far my favourite estate agent (and I worked with a few) during my property search. She was very professional, friendly, took time to understand my requirements and seemed to 'get' my taste, when other agents didn't. I also appreciated the fact that she was patient and not pushy at all. Overall, i was very pleased with the property search experience offered by Bianca, and Dexters in general. They also had a fair number of properties on their books, which was nice, yet at the same time, I wasn't taken for viewings just for the sake of viewings.

Having just recently signed a contract with Dexters Ealing I can confidently report that the process was very smooth and easy. The ladies who worked on my case Ellie and Ruchika were very unfront, accommodating and quick to react to any emails, questions or requests I had. The process from seeing the apartment to signing contract and paying took less than a week and it could have been faster if my referees were quicker. Would definitely recommend simply in terms of service, as it is very hard to find an agent in London, who would take into account/ consider and actually remember your preferences. A very big plus was also Dexter's system - as soon as I was registered on their website I kept getting updated on a daily basis on properties that have become available in real time, giving the service an advantage over regular accommodation search websites.

We were tenants with Dexters Ealing for just under 5 years and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the Ealing Area. From moving in, right through to the check out, the Dexters Team were professional, friendly and easy to deal with, especially Camila and Daisy who looked after us for much of our time with them. Any maintenance requirements were dealt with quickly and professionally and they really helped us to make it a home for our time there. 100% positive recommendation!

Dexter's have been great throughout the process, particularly Ally. She found us a great property before it even came to market and helped us and the seller to come to an agreement. We have been consistently impressed with Dexters and Ally especially. Whilst she was on leave they provided a temporary agent who was also engaged and helpful. We would go to Dexters again.

I was delighted with the energy and efficiency that Camila, Ruchika and Anja showed in finding and installing tenants for me when I last rented out my property, and Dexters would certainly be my first choice in the future. I have knocked a star off to reflect the occasional slight hiccups I had as the months and years went by, due I think to the high turnover of new staff in their office - but overall I have been very pleased.

I have rented through Dexters Ealing for the past 3 years. Ruchika (manager) in the Lettings department is wonderful. Ruchika is very professional, personable, and helpful. She found us the perfect flat back in 2017 and was helpful throughout the process. We are now moving after 3 years in our flat and Ruchika once again did her very best to find us another property.
