The team at Dexters Ealing, and particularly Anja Djordjevic greatly assisted us in our search and application to rent a property. Anja was highly attentive to our requirements, gave us excellent advice for our first move into London and provided us with frequent updates on our property application. I have just agreed a rental agreement with Shan Lewis at the Dexters Ealing Broadway office. From the morning that Shan showed me around some potential flats her easy going personality, flexibility and desire to find the right match were clear. As we progressed through the referencing and payments Shan was incredibly professional and precise. She always got got back to me quick after liaising with the landlord. In conclusion I can 100% recommend Shan at Dexters if you’re looking for a lettings agent in Ealing. Shan - thanks for your help and making the process so straightforward.

I've recently worked with Yasmin who found our dream house to buy then with Pam who managed the transaction and both have been absolutely fantastic. I had a few issues with my solicitor not being very responsive and the communication channel Pam established between myself and the seller has been extremely helpful. I'm not sure we would have gotten there without her help pushing things through on a daily basis and providing transparency for both sides of the transaction. Thanks a lot, would gladly work with Dexters again!!

If you want a friendly service where someone is knowledgeable, polite and will go the extra mile for you then Dexter’s in Ealing is the Letting Agents that you are searching for. Specifically ask for Camellia, thank you for the fantastic service you have restored my faith in Letting Agents normally whom I’m weary of engaging. Moving is a stressful time and Camellia made it bearable with her sunny disposition and by listening and respecting what my requirements were. Her manager also made the HMO regulations more understandable so hats off ladies ! Thank a lot.

Must admit, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and speed of communication. I moved from Germany, and my regard for the service industry in developed economies was rather shaken. I arrived in London with a very vague idea of what I wanted, and was grudging the lack of time for research. But for a change, I didn't have to dig through a dozen sites, call a million people - i visited dexters for one viewing, and ended up seeing as many as 20 all over Ealing within days. Swift. Special thanks to Anja, for sticking through our indecisive phase, with the same pleasant nature from start to end. Highly recommend.

Renting with Dexters has been very straight-forward and easy. I was surprised by how low the fees were, and had a great agent (Ruchika) to help me and my partner find the right place. Sometimes there felt like a lot of pressure to provide information straight away, which could be challenging whilst working etc, but I understand that to secure a property you do have to act fast. Overall Dexters have been very supportive and thorough, and have helped us find an amazing rental property. Ruchika was our main agent and she was a pleasure to work with. She always kept us informed of what we needed to do and the progress of our application. If she was unavailable, the rest of the staff in the Ealing office were equally friendly and ready to assist when need be. Negin helped us over quite a critical weekend period in securing our holding deposit for the apartment. There was a time when we thought we wouldn't be able to get the apartment due to my partner's profession as a contractor but Ruchika helped us come up with a solution to make it possible which we are very grateful for, as she could have just re-marketed the property!

When searching for a home it is very difficult finding exactly what you want, if your lucky you will only find between 65 - 70% of an ideal home that you had in mind. At Dexters Ealing, i found my ideal home and it was a perfect match thanks to MS Negin Naisiri, She was very patient with me as i looked at many properties and she literally took notes of my key points i look for in a property narrowed them down and took me to view each one that she thought best fit. Worked with Dexters (of Ealing Broadway) and two of their lettings agents (Ruchika and Elisa) to help me find a flat to rent in the Ealing area. Both were professional and helpful every step of the way - ultimately helping me through the final process of signing an agreement on a flat I selected. Highly recommended. So why not 5 stars ? Continuous improvement and polish over time will take Dexters Ealing Broadway to 5 stars. Minor example: During the blistering mini-heatwave in June 2017, couple of jugs of cold water in the office would have been a nice touch! I would caution one thing. Read the responses from the supposed "owner". Many are identical, automated responses, they do not appear true, genuine or valid. The response to the customer who gave a one star rating shows this explicitly.

She listened to me and showed the properties that matched my criteria, giving me good advices and tailoring the visits on my needs. Really impressed by dealing with everyone at Dexters especially Yasmin who has been our point of contact. She is alsways in a cheerful mood, makes extra effort and shows real care and consideration for clients. On a third viewing of a property the tenant had forgotten to stay at home and provide entry so Yasmin offered to go and pick her up from the station in her car to cut our waiting time. A far cry from some other agents who expect buyers to impress them before they'd make any effort on their behalf.

It has been a very good and experience with Dexter's Ealing. Billy Gardner has been my contact agent. I have to say he demonstrated not only very professional attitude. But also quite personalized and caring attitudes. He showed me many flats, none of them is outside my category. All were very good or excellent. He provided very useful info even without being asked. He has been in touch just at the right level. Without pushing but without making me feel unattended. Unfortunately I did not end up with one of them but this is due to personal decision to go for a more centric area rather than Ealing. I even have to say that the agent who managed my selected apartment is way less professional and comfortable to be with than Billy. However I just had to! And that's why also I have to submit a big THANKS here. Thanks Billy and thanks Dexters.
