I've just recently used Dexters Ealing to find a property for my friend and I to rent. They have been absolutely excellent in making the whole process seamless from the moment I made contact to the office. I met three members of staff - Shan, Ellie and Ruchika. They are all a delight to work with. Ruchika was so sharp and charming, we signed up for a further 6 months than first anticipated!! All ladies made it a really pleasant experience. My friend and I have come away with the perfect property, at the perfect price, and that is credit to the professional service we received. I'll expect an office party invite in the post :D

Smooth, seamless and professional... need I say more? Dexters Ealing instantly stood out from the crowd with its selection of beautiful properties, as well as, fast and effective service. Everyone involved in our journey to find a rental property was professional and diligent, from Ellie and Shan helping us find the right properties and conducting the viewings, to Ruchika helping to formalise and fulfil the contracts. Moving house can be a stress inducing process, but we found the whole thing to be fast and more importantly frictionless. The peace of mind we were afforded by working with Ellie, Shan and Ruchika was entirely refreshing. If you are in the market for a property I would certainly recommend working with Dexters, but in particular the team at Ealing!

Opening hours information is incorrect - office is not open on weekends so I wasted time going to drop off my keys. Out of hours line have incorrect information about the office having a letterbox (they don’t) and adamantly kept telling me to drop off my keys in the nonexistent letter box.

My partner and I called Dexters, Ealing in March 2021 to inquire about viewing a rental property and spoke to Anthony Barnes and I can't praise him highly enough. After swiftly organising a viewing for the property we inquired about, Anthony was able to suggest 3 other properties that might suit our criteria. Due, in-part, to my partner's mobility, we had fairly strict criteria for our property search and Anthony's ability to recommend multiple properties to fit our criteria at the drop of a hat was both helpful and professional. Throughout our 4 viewings with Anthony he was warm, polite, engaging and professional, answering all our questions and catering to my partner's mobility needs. We had a really good experience in finding a new flat with Dexters Ealing. Both Ruchika and Anthony were really helpful during the initial viewing process and then everything regarding the application. They communicated next steps with us clearly and followed-up on all questions we had for them. Anthony was the one showing us the flat and showed additional flexibility by giving us a 2nd viewing when it came to the decision-making (as we wanted to ensure it meets our desired requirements). In addition, he has supported us since signing the contract with additional requests such as measurements and whether there is an active telephone line, so we could smoothly prepare for our upcoming move. I'd definitely work with them again in the future and am really happy about how professional and friendly they handled everything.

My fiancée and I had a really good experience finding a new flat with both, Anthony and Ruchika from Dexters Ealing. Anthony was the one showing us multiple flats. He's been very friendly and answered any questions we had and even had enough flexibility, to let us in a 2nd time when we just wanted to have an additional look at the property of choice. Ruchika has been supporting us with our application and has been very professional in presenting interests for both, the landlord and also ours. The application process itself went very quickly. Both Anthony and Ruchika notified us regularly about next steps and everything happened within the proposed time frame. They definitely deserve the 5/5 stars. We were really happy with how professional and friendly they handled everything.

Saif at the Ealing office was brilliant in helping my partner and I find a new flat to rent in an area we hadn't lived in before. We had great service from him from our initial contact via email and then to viewing a number of properties, despite having to adhere strictly to restrictions put in place due to Covid 19. This extended through the offer process that Saif guided us through brilliantly - he was always quick to respond and extremely helpful answering any questions or worries we had.
