He was extremely responsive, and even took the time to organise a meeting with the landlord who wanted to meet our dog ahead of approving the lease! Needless to say we are extremely happy in our new rental property and with the service Dexters Ealing provides.

GoogleWorking with many of the staff across Dexters Ealing and so much trouble. Over the course of one week I emailed and called Louise multiple times and never; not once did I hear back from her. I had to contact her every time even when she said she would call back. Also another agent Hannah also lied about receiving an email and said she will check it while on the phone and hadn’t received it. When I latter said that the email had definitely been sent she said that there is a 24 hour turn around. Still when talking to complaints about this issue they said they will contact me the next day to up date me in the step but again never heard from them. They spoke in a very condescending way and were not fussed about the fact we were talking thousands of ponds. Very disappointing

Kept us up to date, was responsive and we could always reach her when we needed her. If we were to ever move again, we'd request Gurinder handled the property.
