GoogleI had an incredibly pathetic moving experience with Dexters, and I'm extremely disappointed with their overall management. The car park entrance remote was dysfunctional, forcing us to repeatedly park outside, unload our belongings, and trek to the other side of the building to open the car park, this happened nine times in the last two days. The wardrobe's top shelf was left dirty, questioning the thoroughness of the inspection before our move-in. The property's cleanliness overall was subpar.
Despite multiple communications about the agreed-upon furniture in the contract, the extra furniture remained, reflecting a severe mismanagement issue. It's frustrating that Dexters, as my primary point of contact, failed to ensure a smooth move-in process.
