They find tenants within 72hrs at asking price and they are extremely professional in the way they conduct all matters of business. GoogleWe've dealt with Dexters Ealing both as tenants and when looking to purchase - most adequate and professional agency out there by a wide margin! We got our deposit back in full in our bank account within three days after check-out with the landlord - Gary Jenkins has been extremely prompt dealing with that.

GoogleWe moved into our property in November 2022. After a slow start repairing some of the issues (we've dropped a star there), Nabeel Khan took over the reigns. He was very professional and empathetic about our situation and promptly got to work with the list of jobs around the property. A few more jobs remaining, but we're confident that with Nabeel on the case, we'll have everything sorted in no time.

GoogleWonder why there are so many positive reviews? Because Directors bribe people with crates of wine to delete the bad ones! Don't believe me? Give it a go! Ruchika, a Director from the Ealing branch bribed me with a crate of red wine to delete my review as I complained about their customer service. Why would a company resort to doing that unless they had something to hide? They are the WORST agency I've ever experienced and I've lived in London for almost 10 years. As soon as you hand over money and sign a contract they suddenly stop phoning and emailing every day - you're officially dead to them. If your property isn't managed by Dexters (ie the landlord organises repairs) and you go to them for help and advice because your landlord isn't doing the work, then they will reply saying that they can't help you because it's a "conflict of interest" (ie they are there to protect the landlord and won't help you if you're living in bad conditions). That is what Ruchika did to me. If a DIRECTOR of the company bribes you and ignores you when you need them, then it tells you all you need to know about the company as a whole. Dexters give estate agents a bad name - and I'm saying that as a son of a former estate agent. If you too are having issues then report them to the Property Ombudsman immediately!

GoogleFirst thing first... Don't be fooled by the good reviews... They bribe people with crates of wine to remove the bad reviews! I had the worst experience with them and I wish I had a chance to be warned before I found myself trapped in a nightmare. They will force you into long contracts without a break clause, so if you have issues at your property the only way to leave it will be by paying unreasonable fees (11% of the rent until the end of your contract, even if new tenants are found to replace you... Which is basically double charging the fees) They will ignore you as soon as you paid the deposit If you have issues at your flat as we did, they will always defend the landlord and cover up for them (when we asked for help after living with mould and having noise issues due to the bad state of the property, we were told that they couldn't give us advice since it would be a "conflict of interest") If you want to leave before the end of your contract, they will take advantage of the situation and try and squeeze as much money out of you as they can (and they won't hesitate to blackmail you. Someone put an offer on our flat that was slightly under what we paid - bearing in mind that after Covid they can't charge as much as they used to- we received a call from a director who wanted to check how much we would be prepared to pay in order to have the landlord accept the offer) Those are just a few example but the list goes on and on. I've gotten in touch with The London Assembly and The Property Ombudsman to denounce their aggressive, abusive and immoral techniques.
