GoogleI’ve recently purchased a property through Dexter’s. I can’t praise the staff enough particularly Yasmin. I found her to be extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. If I had any issues they were sorted out promptly. I would highly recommend Dexter’s to friends and family after my experience. In future when looking to buy further properties then I will return.

GoogleConsistently poor service to tenants, wouldn’t recommend to anybody. Agents seemingly without any knowledge of the properties they’re actually trying to fill, giving different answers to each potential tenant on what most people would view as the most basic questions (nearest stations, parking, price, etc). The phrase ‘stealing a living’ comes to mind when dealing with them. Expect a complete breakdown in communication with this company if you don’t choose to extend a contract with them. Outside intervention required to receive your full deposit back, despite landlord agreeing on the satisfactory state of the property. Unpleasant and careless every step of the way.

GoogleMy wife and I had just move to London, and we weren't familiar with the housing market. Fortunately, we found Angel, she is very kind and cared a lot to find us a suitable apartment that fulfilled every requirement we had. She called almost every day with new options and asked us for feedback on every apartment we went. It was a really hard process, but Angel helped us a lot in getting through it. 5 stars service!!!

GoogleHonestly, even this star is too much. i have received a call regarding a viewing I requested, to be treated disgustingly and with a horrible attitude from one of the “agents”. If you don’t like your job, change it, no need to be miserable. And your company policy against people that receive benefits is unacceptable. As a company nowadays for you to still discriminate people that receive money from the government because they cannot work. They are still guaranteed money, but I guess losing customers and money are something your policy is after. Wouldn’t recommend using their services unless you want a bad experience. 👍🏼
