GoogleI would give negative stars for this organisation. We had a leakage problem through the time we rented a flat with this agency. NO help whatsoever was offered by them. We were living in a basement flat where the living room walls were covered with mould due to the constant leakage. They were super problematic with getting the deposit back in time after the end on the tenancy, we had to wait until after Christmas while the renting ended in August. It was impossible to reach them and they lied about calling us back. Totally disrespected us and wasted our time on multiple occasions. Would not recommend this agency.
Dear Eszter, I am sorry to read your review and understand that the leak did take longer to resolve than we would have hoped due to it coming from an upper flat but that the Property Management team did work hard on your behalf to have this fixed. Regarding the deposit, our records indicate that this was released in November 2019. GoogleIf it was possible to leave a half (or zero) star review, I would have done that to describe my experience with the agent at Dexters West Ken. My fiancée and I were in the market for a 1 bed flat in the West and of all the other agencies we had seen, this was by far the worst! The agent wasn’t personable, always in a hurry to rush off the phone, wasn’t friendly and worst of all after our viewing (while other agents would try to find out how you’re getting back and give you directions) he just upped and walked off. If all the agents at this Dexters are as unfriendly and impolite as this gentleman (whose name I’m happy to mention his name to the team at Dexters if asked) then I won’t be going back. This isn’t my experience with the whole Dexters organisation as I’ve had dealings with Dexters in Hammersmith, which were much better.

GoogleDexters was incredibly helpful in finding me a flat when I had just moved to London. Ravi in particular, in the West Kensington branch, was friendly and very informative - he made the process easier and was a great point of contact for any general queries I had as well. I would highly recommend him specifically to anyone looking for properties in that area! Also, unlike other agencies, Dexters didn't bombard me with calls and emails which I appreciated.

GoogleThe agent who showed me the flats knew barely anything about the information, often unable to answer questions, offered no post-sale assistance, and kept calling me, insisting that I leave a positive review. Due to the unprofessional service, I chose a different agency for my second property.

GoogleI have at outstanding service as a new tenant from Jose Sousa and Simon Harding particularly at the West Kensington office, but also the whole Dexters team. I have just taken a lease on one of their properties, their attention to me from the moment I became a potential tenant until I moved in, and beyond has been tremendous: courteous, friendly and prompt to attend to my queries. I must also mention Suman at their property management service whom I have been particularly impressed with, never failing to get back to me, and even giving me a call when she had nothing to report about a particular issue, but just to let me know she was still working on it. I have myself been a landlord of properties in Scotland. Had I any properties in London, I would not hesitate to place them with Dexters. It so happens that the property I was moving out of was being marketed by them also. I have seen at first hand how effectively they go about marketing a property, compared to other agents. Other agents were involved, but Dexters by far came up with more viewings, and never failed to contact me (as sitting tenant) in advance. This team just know what they are doing.

GoogleI let a flat through this branch of Dexters recently and the experience was very positive. The agents were fast during all the steps - arranging the viewing, preparing and conducting our offer, preparing the let agreement, etc. Additionally, they were available to reply to all our queries and always kept us informed (even if they didn't have an up-to-date information, they would give me a call just to let me know they were waiting for this or that). I found them oriented to close our deal, fast and transparent.

GoogleApauling service! Stephan Dean the manager of this branch is a bully and his staff have learnt from the best! I was fooled into renting a flat in point west building. Not only did Elliot Taylor my estate agent conceal a big refurbishment happening within the building i have now found out the building has rats! This could be due to the foul smell coming from communal areas. Dexters are aware of this and continue to offer flats in this building. I found them highly immoral valuing money over the health and safety of the general public. i hope the council looks into this, i have made complaints.

GoogleSenior Property Manager : Ms. Shernitta Hutchinson She knows her job well and can handle all that is asked of her. Shernitta knows how and when to delegate what needs to be done in case the particular issue is not fully part of her job function. Basically, I have no complaints. Shernitta looks after my two properties along with the family portfolio of which consists of two further properties in Pimlico and Kensington. She is Fully reliable, dependable and trustworthy and provides a nothing is too much trouble service.

He was nice and professional since the first moment because he understood our situation and requirements perfectly so, he focused his job on complying them without wasting our time with plenty of emails, calls or viewings to wrong flats. Moreover, his job was further than guiding us to the flat to view it because he knew to answer our questions and worries, something that we valued so much regarding the rest of the agents with whom we have treated in other agencies. They were attentive, so friendly and answered any questions I had about the property and the whole renting process.
