Google10/10 fantastic. Viktoria was so incredibly helpful and we are extremely grateful. We had a fairly torrid experience with a previous agent which was the complete opposite to the seamless process with Viktoria and Dexters West Kensington. Would 100% recommend.

GoogleAlex and James have really in-depth knowledge of the area and the business. We were so impressed by wealth of knowledge Alex possesses on all the details from the houses to the council rules, which are extremely important to help both home buyers and investors. James has helped throughout the entire purchase process, he kindly stepped in every step, with both the bank and the solicitor. There had never been a week when he was not helping to call either one or both parties. He was able to communicate with people in very polite and effective way and truly facilitates the entire process. Our entire purchase process had been very long but both Alex and James had been very patient and coordinated between all parties to make things happen, we are extremely grateful! Perfect agency!

GoogleAs a tenant at W14 managed by Dexters West Kensington Office, I had a jarring experience. The team is disorganised, constantly sending over wrong information at incredibly slow rates, trying to be slick to gain more revenue. Be careful.

GoogleI've been living in London for about 5 years and within that time I have moved at 4 different apartments which I have always found through zoopla and then called the agent and arranged viewingds. I have visited so many apartments and I have visited many different agencies but none has been as bad as this. i contacted them about an apartment I found on zoopla and arranged a viewing, clearly stating that i have a dog and will only view the property as long as they confirm that the landlord is willing to accept pets. I got a confirmation from them and told be sharp on time as we only have one chance of visiting the property. On arrival we found no agent and after waiting for 15 min received a phone call asking us where are we, the agent was waiting at the agency even though we were pretty clear on both sides on meeting at the property. After the agent had no idea which property and which floor, we found the apartment. Coming in, the agent knew absolutely nothing about the property, no price, no furnishing and no date of move. As we liked the property we were told to meet him at the agency so he can find the paperwork and be given more info. We arrived at the property, the agent welcomed as and left to go get some lunch (??!) 10 min after when we started asking questions about how to make an offer on the house he told us to give 2500 pounds with the offer (for a property costing 1.650 pounds)(??!). Then the senior agent noticed that his guy has been messing up and asked us to come to him so he can take over. Within 2 min he found a note saying the landlord is categorically against pets. We were left horrid. During all that process no one said sorry , no one tried to show us other properties and no one felt shame about all this going wrong.

GoogleIf it was possible to leave a half (or zero) star review, I would have done that to describe my experience with the agent at Dexters West Ken. My fiancée and I were in the market for a 1 bed flat in the West and of all the other agencies we had seen, this was by far the worst! The agent wasn’t personable, always in a hurry to rush off the phone, wasn’t friendly and worst of all after our viewing (while other agents would try to find out how you’re getting back and give you directions) he just upped and walked off. If all the agents at this Dexters are as unfriendly and impolite as this gentleman (whose name I’m happy to mention his name to the team at Dexters if asked) then I won’t be going back. This isn’t my experience with the whole Dexters organisation as I’ve had dealings with Dexters in Hammersmith, which were much better.
