GoogleWe had a drain blockage in the building affecting severely our flat as water from the above flats was backing up in our place. It was a nightmare and we reached out immediately to Dexters for help. Christian Pengelly the Property Manager, stepped in to help us resolve the issue. He was very compassionate and tried to get the drain engineers to attend as quickly as possible. He offered to support us in many ways as eventually we had to vacate the flat as the problem escalated. Thanks to his swift handling, and to our amazing landlord for his support, the issue has now been resolved.
