GoogleI gave 5 stars over three years ago as we had a good experience moving into a flat let by Dexters. Unfortunately, we have had multiple poor experiences with them since. The communication when arranging viewings has been been abysmal. As tenants, I understand they don't really care about us as they make no money off us, but they seem devoid of human decency. An agent tried to enter our flat without our consent last year. We only noticed as I happened to be home, and they had the audacity to ask if they could do a viewing right then. Multiple agents will chaotically email about viewings and there is no basic organisation.
I've also been wrongly sent personal confidential information of another tenant they manage in the form of an end of tenancy agreement for me to sign. I was sent this multiple times before they clocked my repeated emails asking them to stop sending me someone else's confidential information.
I decided to write this updated review after recently receiving an updated contract for us to sign with the wrong amount for rent that was agreed with our landlord. Similar issues with wrong rent amounts being offered to us by Dexters happened last year, too. Acting as a conduit between us and our landlord has not been their strong suit to say the least.
