I sold my flat with Dexters Shepherd's Bush, and they have been wonderful throughout. The team worked effectively together and kept me updated every week. After finding a buyer, Oliver and Avni tracked every step in the process and coordinated with the buyer and both solicitors to keep pushing things forward. I can't recommend them enough.

Happy with the level of service that was offered as a purchaser. Amrita put a good level of pressure on the transaction to speed things along and was proactive. Only downside was that I felt the mortgage advisor attached to the local estate agent was expensive and unreasonable. Managed to obtain the same mortgage with no fees charged to me through a remote mortgage advisor.

Having used other agents in the past I found the team at Dexters extremely pro active. Having had our small buy to let on the market for over 6 weeks with other agents and no offers, I turned to John and Alex in the letting team. The advice given was honest and led me to repaint the property, something that was not mentioned by other agents. I received multiple offers within just over a week and am over the moon with the tenant and management of Dexters. Great work keep it up!

I recently sold my property through the Shepherds Bush Office. I had previously been on the market with an agent with one office and had no offers. I then listed my property with Dexters in Shepherds Bush and what a difference! The team are extremely hard working and they bought me four offers in the space of two weeks! Terrible agency that doesn't prioritise the customer experience. I was contacted 4 (edit: 5) times in one day by this agency from different branches including the Shepherds Bush location, with each agent calling me with the exact same message as if they were reading it from a script. There needs to be a better CRM system put in place and better skills in resolving customer complaints. Edit: Even after submitting a request to not be contacted, I was emailed by a 5th agent in the same day, and he shared properties that I was already booked in to see. Truly, there needs to be an improvement in how Dexters communicates with new and potential clients, because my experience has been very upsetting and dissatisfactory.

I've been a client of Dexters who have managed my property for 7 years whilst I went abroad. In that time I have had 4 different tenants, which they found promptly, which never left the property vacant. I had very few minor negative experiences, sometimes tenants complained of slow response times, other times when work was being done on the property management was a little disorganised. Given the timeframe of managing the property I was left with a positive experience. I decided to sell the property this year and the sales team at Dexters was on the whole very helpful. We had one pushy sales team member which changed in the process and we subsequently had a very good member managing our sale. The first buyer fell through and they found another at the same price and we were not affected. We did have one communication issue in the sales process but they took personal responsibility and resolved the matter which didn't have any affect on the sale. I would use Dexters again in the future.
