GoogleAlexandra’s unprofessionalism was baffling. I’ve called with regards to the fact that the contractors working on the facade are throwing cigarette buds on the balcony - ensured me that nothing is going to catch fire (based on what?). The contractors broke one of the locks to a bedroom window and she ensured me it can wait until the morning and nothing’s going to happen as long as we’re home (again, based on what?). The agency really needs to have the security of their tenants on a pedestal - not the case as it stands. In the middle of me talking, she’s put me on hold without any heads-up and passed me to another colleague to tell me the exact same thing - ‘we’ll discuss tomorrow’.
