GoogleI have recently rented out my property with Dexters. Casein Maddison was my main point of contact. He did a great job of explaining the packages and marketing strategy initially, then getting the property advertised quickly and negotiated a great deal with the future tenants. All the agents who came to the property were always courteous and efficient.

GoogleGeorgia was marvellous at chasing my sale through despite the difficult issues that my purchaser had. She responded to my emails promptly and I always had confidence that she would act quickly. I felt that I could leave my sale safely in her hands as I did not live at the property. Very good.

GoogleWe moved from our flat in March, since that time we are trying to get back reimbursement which Dexters agreed to give us back due removing kitchen for two days. Until today we didn’t receive money back. Every month when we chase them, sending emails they are replying that by “14th “we should get our money back. Obviously still didn’t receive it. Very unprofessional and unreliable company. When everything is fine you won’t realize but when you face the issue in your flat/house problems start.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Dexters, selling our property. The team was very professional, supportive and also fun to work with! We had a great experience with Amrita, who found our buyer and acted immediately when a big problem came up and solved it overnight. And also with Avni, who managed our case after the offer was accepted to make sure we got to exchange in the quickest way possible, supporting us and the buyer all along. Actually, this was a very useful service by Dexters: once the offer was agreed, they appoint a specific person to see that the sale goes through, who doesn't have to deal with viewings, offers etc. Not all agencies have this process. Great office and great team!
