Most of my dealings were with Archie who has been great to deal with as he is very professional whilst at the same time never treated me like a number and was always kind and helpful. GoogleYour best friend when selling/renting but after contract exchange they were useless. I have experienced a couple issues during the tenancy from emails asking me to increase my rent if I want to change the direct debit by 2 days to asking for me to pay for handyman to repair pre-existing wear and tear/dodgy worksmanship. I emailed asking for a contract renewal but their staff ignored me on multiple occasions. When they eventually emailed about the renewal several months later, they left no room for negotiation, ignoring my original request and only when we handed our notice in did they then try to negotiate. After this point they were no better, constant requests for access during the working day rather than outside my work call hours and last minute cancellations when viewings were agreed. I received calls from them in error when they were trying to reach the new tenants and even trying to get me to agree to pay the landlord a sum out of the deposit by insinuating that the TDS could take 6 months or longer and not pay us. Fortunately the TDS paid us back the deposit in full as this agency didn't reply so thank you for that one.

We’ve now just sold the it through the same office and found they did an amazing job.
When we bought the flat it had sat with another agent for over a month before moving to Dexters. We bought it within a couple of weeks
When selling, we weren’t even live on the market before we had our first offer. That sadly fell through, but Dexters organised a slew of viewings straight away, and we were under offer within a fortnight
