I had a great experience with Seyi from Dexters Putney! My fiancé and I went in on a Saturday morning with the intention of registering and prospectively asking if we could view any flats to rent on Monday, and we were really appreciative that not only did Seyi find a couple of really great options there and then, but he also booked us in for viewings that same afternoon. He was so attentive to all of our questions and we appreciated his advice and feedback throughout the viewings. He was really respectful of our time, and we were really grateful for his efficiency and support through both the viewings and offer process! Seyi was a welcome and refreshing guide in the process, and he handled us as clients with the utmost kindness and professionalism.

I had a really positive experience with my estate agents, especially Honey and Harry. Honey supported me from the very start and was incredibly helpful, professional, and always quick to respond. She made the whole process feel much smoother and less stressful. Harry stepped in when Honey was occupied to make sure I still had smooth support throughout. His help and reassurance were much appreciated and ensured everything kept moving without delays. At one point, my case was diverted to another person to proceed, but unfortunately the experience wasn’t the same. I’m really glad it came back to Honey and Harry, as their level of service was noticeably better. They kept me updated, answered all my questions, and handled everything efficiently.
