Have asked them more than once if they could start the lease renewal and the negotiations. The landlord is aware and fine with it but Dexter still refuses to start it. They are causing unnecessary stress on what is already a stressful time.UPDATE : customer service has not contacted me,they lying. The service just gotten more and more worst now. They are very unprofessional. Wish I could give them minus stars

Harry and others at Dexters, Putney were very helpful in my search. Very professional, kind and thoughtful as to what I was looking for, sending through only those properties to view that were genuine to my requests, honed over time. I cannot praise Fergus, Verity, Nathan and Ben highly enough with the sale of my house in Roehampton. They were always available, courteous and helpful. My first buyer pulled out but another was soon found. Have found Dexters to be very professional in my dealings with them, both with this sale, and previously with lettings. Let’s face it, no one likes paying estate agent fees, however they definitely earned their money with my sale …. Many thanks !!!

In our recent property search, we have found Dexters Putney to be excellent. Fergus in particular has worked hard to accommodate last minute requests for viewings, and to provide all information requested in a timely manner. Importantly he comes across as honest, enthusiastic and authentic, without exerting undue pressure. For this reason we are happy to continue viewing properties listed with Dexters, where sometimes just the manner of some agents is enough to turn us away.

TERRIBLE. I had a viewing confirmed by email. I turned up 20 minutes early and phoned the Putney branch to say I'd arrived, to be told there was no viewing because the tenant hadn't given access. Dexters hadn't bothered to tell me. I had structured my whole day round this appointment. They didn't apologise either. I sent an email of complaint to the MD and he hasn't bothered to reply. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM
