In my experience with Cottagefields I found the level of expertise and knowledge of the team to be very high. As someone who works late they were flexible and happy to fit me in at short notice and we’re quick to find me the tenants that suited. Having had a great experience with them renting out my property I can only imagine how great they would be for those also looking for buyers for their homes and looking for somewhere to live. A company I would most definitely be happy to recommend.

due to not being given the information when we signed the tenancy we paid 2 weeks rent to cottage fields in stead of the landlord 2 weeks later we are still waiting for this money back. all I've been told is it will take time yet you can transfer to the landlord straight away. but why!! I've emailed my details and yes the rent isn't due but there is no reason why it has not come back yet. the landlord and I have come to an arrangement that is right for both of us. so why so long in sending it back to my account I would like a response explaining this is the one thing ruined my experience with cottage fields

GoogleI originally let out my property with another agent, who found terrible tenants who weren't paying rent and not looking after the house. I spoke to them about evicting the tenants but they were going to charge me nearly £1000 to evict them! I came to Cottage Fields who then evicted my tenant for free! Extremely helpful from the start and have now found me great tenants with rent protection insurance (just incase!). I would definitely recommend
