GoogleI would not recommend using this agent, their customer service is very poor, they appear to be more interested in their landlords rather than their tenants well being. Highly unrecommended!

Hi Luke, I hope your well, Please note, we have also responded to Ms Depledge. Nonetheless as two reviews have been left, we have to respond to both. We have listened to the recording of the phone conversations with your family members. We can only apologise the initial phone call was not handled as per company standard. Liam is our apprentice and is undergoing training to ensure this improves and matches company standard. I do believe 'I would not recommend using this agent, their customer service is very poor, they appear to be more interested in their landlords rather than their tenants well being' is very harsh, as I can confirm this is not true. He however should of explained better as to why we have to vet all our applicants and the reasons why. This is company procedure, as an agency we are very thorough and this allows us to ensure we find the right property for each applicant and that also our landlords have a in-depth understanding on the people who are looking to view their property to ensure your time is not wasted along with our landlords. Our manager also discussed this with your family, already apologising and explaining how we work, why it is necessary to vet all applicants. As stating that an insurance company will cover the rent is not enough information to accept a viewing for the majority of our landlords. Hence the need to vet the applicants and find out their situation, to relay this back to our landlord, to ensure we act with haste to secure a property for you. As well as for safety purposes of our staff. He also left countless messages thereafter, offering help and support. So to receive two bad reviews from yourself and Ms Natalie Depledge, for the same situation which we have already handled in house, is very disheartening and very harsh considering. As an independent family company we rely on reviews and recommendations, so we implore you to re-consider this review and we also welcome you to listen back to the recordings in our office, which will illustrate all of the above. Nonetheless I hope our paths cross again and all future experiences are that of great satisfaction. Like so many of our clients. All the best, Cottage Fields
