GoogleThe only thing that could possibly make moving more stressful is if Cottage Fields are your estate agent. Trying to do anything with them is like slamming your head into a brick wall.
Hi Hannah. Thanks for your review. Unfortunately leaving a holding deposit doesnt guarantee a property. As much as we tried and wanted to get the property for you, I'm afraid the landlord decided to go elsewhere, hence we refunded your money in full as soon as we found out. I'm not sure what more we could have done for you in this instance but we hope we are still able to help you find somewhere and wish you all the best of luck in your property search.

I would definitely not recommend renting your property with Cottage Fields. I had an absolute nightmare with the tenants that they ‘recommended’.
Dear Catherine, Thanks for your review, Unfortunately, the tenant, who was a young family appeared to be nice and ultimately had changes in their circumstances which caused issues down the line. We always recommend Rent Protection insurance to protect our clients from situations like this where potential tenants seem good and due to a slip of the mask and/or a change in their circumstance they become difficult. With all insurances they are tiresome to work with and require a lot of paperwork to get them to pay out but they ultimately do and your interest is restored. We have let 1000's of properties and the majority are extremely happy and unfortunately, on the rare occasion we are a bit unlucky, however, the rent protection we insisted on illustrates our diligence to protect our clients as for a person to qualify, they need to pass a strict criteria. We are glad in the end we sold your property for the highest price achieved in that development, to allow you to move into your new chapter with positive change. Wish you all the best moving forward. There lettings department were very speedy in finding me and my children a new lovely clean home and there management team are so polite and helpful. Overall my experience was outstanding.
