100% satisfied with Cottage Fields. As a first time landlord I was nervous but George was patient and brilliant. He answered all my questions over and over again and put me at ease. They found me a fantastic tenant and I couldn't be happier.

We have an excellent business relationship with Cottage Fields, their professionalism and diligence in getting things done is why we choose to work with them. One of the excellent estate agents we work with in supplying tenants and landlords great prices on their utilities. We would recommend this Estate Agent, their staff are super friendly and approachable.

They are very professional , helpful in any problem you might have . Chris & Rashid and rest of their collegs are very friendly , they get the job done , and really go the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy with the service . Me and my sister rented one of their properties and we couldn’t be happier . The agency also gave us one welcome pack when we got the keys to our new house , which I thought it was a lovely gesture and no other agency did that for us before 😍 I would definitely recommend them for renting , letting , buying or selling a house !PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We had our property listed with Cottage Fields and were very satisfied. We decided to use these agents as our previous agents were lacking in efforts. From the first day the staff were highly attentive, took the time to execute professional standard photographs to set our property apart from the competition. They gave us regular updates in regards to viewings and sales progress. They are highly knowledgeable and made great efforts during viewings to sell our property to potential buyers. The staff were friendly and reassuring even during the lockdown earlier this year. Moving house can be one of the most stressful periods in life but the process was made considerably easier. Would highly recommend.PositiveProfessionalism
