Cottage Fields London reviews

Thank you so much to Cottage Fields for helping me find a new home quickly for me and my little girl. A lot of landlords can be so judgemental and not even give you a chance to move in when you're on hard times but Ismail put me with the right home. We even have a garden! Since moving in I've had an easy time , their management team are only a call or email away and Gina, Maria and Leyla always get me sorted if any maintenance stuff comes up! (so far only a bit of a leaky sink haha.) But I'm really happy and feel safe here. Thank you. Raki ;)

Relieved to have picked Cottage Fields to sell my house

Relieved to have picked Cottage Fields to sell my house through. They got my Edmonton property sold for a good price. But before that the process was smooth as! I got property performance reports about how well the listing was doing and they kept me in the loop about marketing strategies that would do well. I kept making jokes that cfields were taking all my stresses away, like going to a spa. Thank you everyone and to Maria too for not minding when my little one knocked all the stuff off your desk! - Andi

I couldn't be any happier with Cottage Fields in helping my wife and I secure our first rental property. Arif surpasses the expectation of professionalism, patience and perseverance you would expect in making this experience truly an exceptional one. All questions we had were answered in a dignified, respectful manner no matter how silly it may have seemed to us. We are very glad our paths have aligned and are hopefully for a long term, fruitful relationship with Cottage fields.

I Highly recommended Cottage Field, the team are knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. After a stressful year looking for a home within Enfield and other Estate/ Lettings Agency, Cottage Field reassured me I'm in safe hands. Thanks to them I recently moved into a beautiful 3 bedroom home. A massive Thank you to the whole team especially Munir. Xx

THE BEST AGENCY ...... I've been in a sticky situation for a while and it wasn't easy at all, I'm a single mother and in my experience in looking for a place and believe me I've been looking, there's a lot of landlords who tend not to accept my situation, so when I was looking for agency's to sign up with and believe me I signed up to so many there was only one that kept calling me back to give me updates , to see how I was doing and to let me know that they never forgot about me and that was COTTAGE FIELDS. They never wasted my time in showing me properties that didn't fit my criteria and like I said before I've been with a lot of agencies and just to brush me off they would show me properties that wasn't suitable for my child, But Cottage Fields never did they always made me feel comfortable and the properties I went to see I always liked but because of this rent crisis the competition was high but like I said they never forgot about me and kept me updated , I had the pleasure of talking to almost everyone in the renting department but most of all I had the pleasure of working with one of the lettings Negotiators called Arif , he was absolutely spectacular with just calling me with updates but most of all how well he conducts himself, he understood my situation but most of all he understood me as a person and never treated me like a client but most of all treated me like family and really cared for me and I think that's what's beautiful about this agency that they really care for their clients, it's truly a family over there and I couldn't stop recommending them enough , I finally got my dream place to stay with my daughter and I couldn't thank the cottage fields team for this but most importantly Arif you are a godsend and thank you for truly helping me and my daughter out of a sticky situation. For anyone who thinks that Estate Agency DONT care or they think they will never find a decent place PLEASE CONTACT COTTAGE FIELDS with the right time and patience trust me you will get exactly what you need with these guys 😊
