GoogleI had a horrific experience with Conran as my lettings agent in Greenwich. We were left with a lot of mould on our wall for months, we reported it as soon as it appeared but Conran never did anything to fix it. When I told them about it their advice was to spray anti-mould on it (obviously an assumption this was something we would pay for), and asking if we'd knocked on our neighbours in the flat upstairs to ask if they have a leak (definitely not our job), neither of which address the actual problem. We were left without water for a couple of days as when the pressure was on it spewed water over the floor. When I asked for a rebate on our rent for the days we had to find alternative accommodation due to no water, conran claimed we had never been left without water, essentially calling me a liar, and threatened that if we continue with this claim our landlord will not want to renew our tennancy another year. Of course we left after a year because conran was so impossible to deal with and so unresponsive. They showed no care towards their tenants whatsoever. I could say a lot more, but I hope tells people all they need to know to never buy or rent a property via conran. They are incredibly rude and caused me a lot of stress and upset. I would urge you never to use their services.

GoogleThe staff at Conran have been very helpful, and responsive. We lived in a rental property managed by Georgina from Conran , and never had any trouble or issue for any maintenance, repairs, queries etc. So far our experience has been just brilliant and would definitely recommend there services.

GoogleBeen using Conran for years, they are not cheap but they will find you a suitable good quality tennant and ensure all the paperwork, background checks and tennancy is in order. Edelyn Reynolds did a great job of following up on the all admin side once we found tennants.

Sadly, many in our industry have hefty renewal fees, which I am anti this type of hidden charging structure as it doesn't treat customers fairly which is important to me to ensure a well-priced service. GoogleFriendly and helpful estate agents. I had Tamer over for a valuation and he was really friendly and gave a lot of advice on different aspects of selling. It was great to have such a knowledgeable person of the local area. I was a bit nervous on the covid situation but I received a email on the procedures the night before, and Tamer fully complied with them inside the flat, so was very happy with how Conran adapted to the situation.

GoogleI was seeking a valuation for my property and unsure how to proceed during this Covid 19 period. Conran have been brilliant, offering me a range of options on how to value my property, including zoom. I opted for a visit, government guidelines were followed (two metres distance, the wearing of protective gloves, and I also completed a risk assessment form prior to visit). At all times I felt completely at ease and recommend the valuation process followed by Conran Estates. Going forward, I have every confidence with placing my flat on the market with them.

GoogleGood value on fee and have a good team who were all very friendly. Concerned at times they seemed a little stretched and would have liked more interaction throughout entire sale process - albeit we appreciate currently a busy time in the market.

GoogleI have been with Conran Lettings Management for little more than 10years already. All staff working in the agency are professional and responding fast. They always give the answers what you need and are helpful. If there is any issues they trying their best to resolve the problem. My property manager is Debbie Lewis, she is amazing, always on the top of everything and helps with any questions you have.
