Big thank you to the amazing Jodie ter Brake of Conran Charlton for being an absolute dream of an agent. We ran incredibly, eye-wateringly late for a viewing and she was so kind and patient with us that it blew our minds. Her communication via phone and email is also prompt and seamless. When it comes to property, Jodie's knowledge knows no bounds and she went above and beyond in helping us on our journey. Jodie has fantastic local knowledge, a real cheerleader for the area and has plenty of insider tips. I have had the pleasure of dealing with the Brockley branch of Conran before, and this experience was just as wonderful. Jodie is an absolute asset to Conran in every way.

We originally picked Conran to sell our property because they seemed really knowledgeable of the area, had a competitive agents’ fee and were not too pushy or sales-y. They were very realistic when setting expectations from the off-set, and made the process easy to follow.These guys really showed their worth when we had a buyer pull out last minute, and they found us another buyer within 48 hours (at the same sale price!).Really organised, friendly, and helpful right through to completion. Everything you want in what can otherwise be a stressful period!

Greenwich lettings department is completely incompetent. Booked in a viewing, had the booking confirmed two days before by email. The viewing was confirmed by phone 4 hours before on the day. While driving to the property unknown to me had an email that it was cancelled due to the tenants not giving access. Was it ever booked ??

The most important things for us were great marketing (pictures were amazing), exposure on all the major property portals and above all else, great customer service. Selling our home was an emotive experience and the journey has been made infinitely easier having Nikki's ear to bend, reassuring us that we should be patient finding the right property when we move and constantly keeping us informed.
