If anyone is looking to sell their house anytime soon, I highly recommend Conran estates in Lee. Rob and Erika did a fantastic job, my house sold within 2 weeks at full asking and the aftercare was fantastic, they managed every step of the way until completion and were really proactive in liaising with the buyer and their solicitor. We had other local estate agents come to value our house who were also good but we went with Conrans as felt that being new to the area they would work hard for the sale and they went above and beyond! Moving is stressful enough without an agent who doesn't care, but these guys are the real deal. I would not hesitate to use Conrans again.
