From start to finish, my experience with Conran Lee has been great - a real breath of fresh air from previous agent experiences. From the initial viewings through to the buying process, the team have gone way beyond expectations to help make it as smooth and easy as possible. I'd especially single out Sam, who did the initial viewings, and huge props to director Rob Iomazzo who has been so brilliant in helping move the process forward with knowledge, experience, grace and good humour throughout. I would highly recomment making Conran Lee your first stop when looking for a new property.

I could not select a better property management company

As a landlord, I've had more than my fair share of problems in the leaseheld flats I own. Georgina at Conran's has worked so patiently and professionally with my tenants, the contractors, the freeholder and me to get everything ship-shape in every instance, over years. I honestly couldn't have chosen a better management company for my 2 flats. The peace of mind I get from knowing Georgina/Conrans is on it, is no small feeling.They're also a great bunch of people which always helps!

Abysmal communication, don't work for seller

Once given an appointment to view, only to have it cancelled within a day or two because "they've accepted an offer". Next, repeatedly phoned and emailed through online property site as well as direct from Friday to Tuesday regarding a property clearly still available on website. No response until Tuesday when a scanty apology saying property sold and sorry you haven't been able to contact us! Conrans know my requirements and they should have informed me of this property, not left me to find it online and then ignore me. When I last looked it was still listed as available.

We're incredibly fortunate to have found the team at Conran Estates. We were struggling to find a house we liked within our budget, and needing guidance. We originally popped into the Charlton office and met with Michael on a Saturday morning. Michael sussed out what we needed very quickly, and lined us up for a viewing for two houses, one of which ended up being our first home.We're really grateful for everyone at Conran - but Kellie deserves an extra special shout-out. I can't praise Rob and the team here enough. They sold our house for us back in the summer 2022 (7 years after being the selling agent when we bought it!) and they've been great from the start. They were very responsive and helped us push things along throughout the process (we had an expiring mortgage offer on the property we were buying and the arrival of our second child to contend with). We felt they offered us sound advice and got us the best, and fair, market price for our home. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and we'd use them again should we ever move

Conran Lee has made our life much, much easier during the process of buying our first house. They quickly arranged for property visits when we started our search, promptly answered my (many) emails/calls -before and after the offer was accepted, they arranged (yet another) visit to the house when my husband came back from working abroad and wanted to see the property for the first time in person. The speed, patience and good willing they had to solve my problems/concerns were simply outstanding. I cannot thank them enough for making a naturally stressful process much smoother. Special thanks to Joelle, Jay and Melissa for showing me the properties I wanted to see with a friendly and helpful approach; to Rob for quickly answering all my questions, addressing my concerns and arranging some extra visits and to Jay for calling back in the last weeks of the process and give me the necessary peace of mind that we would finish everything on time (we did!).
