We’ve recently bought a property through Conran. Their unusual approach in arranging a meeting between us and the vendor at the property before an offer was accepted built trust and made the experience much more personal. This removed some of the stress and uncertainty as we had an open line of communication between Vendor and buyer via Guy and his team with both parties understanding each-other’s circumstances. I must say the experience was much more pleasant than my prior purchase and would therefore strongly recommend the guys at the Brockley office. Guy also recommended using Beverley Morris for the conveyancing which was a dream to work with. All in a very pleasant experience.

From my first meeting with Guy at Conran Estates I was very impressed. He was very professional, gave a quick (and as it turns out accurate) valuation of the property at a price he thought the market would bear. Had potential buyers visit the property soon after we met and within weeks had secured an offer at the price we were aiming for. His team has been very helpful along the way as well. In fact even after the sell was completed. The movers forgot a few items at the property, Guy and his team were on the issue right away and helped us recover them safely. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

Your website probably has the worst User Interface and so hard to navigate through, is it not possible to make it more mobile friendly since we live in a mobile phones era? Same with the email templates - it is too much going on and so bad for the eyes 🤯

Conran have been consistently excellent on my house search. They have been fair, non-pressuring and very responsive. With particular praise needing to go to Charlene O'Brien who has dealt with me in an exceptionally human and helpful way. I have had no better experience with an estate agent. Only slight downside would be that their website is terrible on mobile and leaves a little to be desired on image navigation.

I rented out my apartment 2 years ago via Conran Brockley branch, I opted for full-management in the first year as I moved abroad. They charged me £300 per month and I got absolutely ZERO service from them, it was an absolute nightmare. It took the property manager days if not weeks to reply an email, my tenants had leaking in the bathroom and Conran never managed to sort this out, 4 months later they were still telling the tenants they were trying to reach the service company. In the end my tenants bypassed Conran and got the leaking fixed themselves. During a whole year they never visited my apartment to check in, NOT EVEN ONCE, other estate agencies would go to a landlord's property every few months to check in and report back. Basically I paid them £3600 for a year of NOTHING, barely even an email reply. I want my money back!!

I was very impressed with Conran. We shopped around several agents in Brockley, many of whom seemed to tell us what they thought we wanted to hear, rather than give us honest advice. Conran said what they were going to do then they did it. We appreciated the updates they gave us throughout the process, and the work they put in after we got an offer, which really helped, especially when dealing with the chain.
