Conran have been really great at taking care of us, not only throughout our tenancy through them but also afterwards! A month after having moved out of the property, a package for us was accidentally delivered to our old address. I got in touch with Guy from the Brockley office. Even though it was outside their office hours, he immediately answered my email and solved the problem in about an hour by getting in touch with the new tenants and making an arrangement that worked for all of us. Definitely highly recommended!

Guy and Dan at Conran Estates in Brockley sold our Flat for us. They were completely fantastic - professional, knowledgable, friendly, helpful. We were so impressed with them throughout the entire conveyance - from advising us on the value of our property, to being communicative and respectful when it came to viewings, and always on hand whilst progressing the sale. As a smaller, more boutique agency, I thought they put most of the bigger chains to shame. If ever we look to sell our property in future, if we cannot use Conran, we will probably go for a smaller agency again.

It was great to deal with Dan and I would highly recommend his excellent customer service. I made enquiries with many of the local estate agents as I was keen to find a suitable one bedroom flat. Although on this occasion I found my flat through another agent, what particularly stood out for me about Dan in this branch was that he had my enquiry in mind and was proactive in giving me a call to discuss a potential flat. Compared to other agencies I was mainly advised to get in touch when I saw something that appeared on their website.
