My girlfriend and I just completed a purchase through Conran having been looking for over 6 months. The period from viewing through to offer was very low pressure, they insisted on doing two viewings before an offer which was rare in our experience but very helpful to ensure it was the right place for us. Conran was the agent for the flat that we just purchased. We dealt with a number of agents (I would say at least 15 and we actually almost bought another flat with another agent) but Dan from Conran was the best agent we ever dealt with. Despite that the agent works for the seller Dan was incredibly helpful and guided us through the process from the beginning till the end. When our offer was accepted there was no handing over of our case to another processing team (which often happens with large agencies and the processing team tends to be much less responsive). We were always able to reach Dan via phone and he was very responsive to our queries / emails. Conran has a great portfolio of properties in South East London and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

The process of buying a property can be very lengthy & stressful, especially for first time buyers as in our case. Luckily Conran Estates were with us from the very beginning until the end of the process and they have been absolutely fantastic. They made each step as simple and stress free as it can be, provided great advice, have been always contactable, reactive and friendly. I did not feel a single time that I was annoying them with my questions and this is so important for first time buyers. I've now sold 3 flats at full asking price with Conran Brockley. Guy and the team have a genuinely different approach to other agents. The lack of BS is refreshing and the warm friendly approach helps to build trust between the buyer and seller. Once an offer has been accepted on each property, the Conran team have continued to nudge the sales process forward through to completion, which is an important part of the sales process. Their office is superbly located for the Brockley market, right outside Brockley station, unlike most of the other “Brockley” agents which are located in Crofton Park. Judging by the number of Conran for sale boards going up, they seem to be establishing themselves as THE go to agent for Brockley.
