I could not select a better property management company

As a landlord, I've had more than my fair share of problems in the leaseheld flats I own. Georgina at Conran's has worked so patiently and professionally with my tenants, the contractors, the freeholder and me to get everything ship-shape in every instance, over years. I honestly couldn't have chosen a better management company for my 2 flats. The peace of mind I get from knowing Georgina/Conrans is on it, is no small feeling.They're also a great bunch of people which always helps!

Abysmal communication, don't work for seller

Once given an appointment to view, only to have it cancelled within a day or two because "they've accepted an offer". Next, repeatedly phoned and emailed through online property site as well as direct from Friday to Tuesday regarding a property clearly still available on website. No response until Tuesday when a scanty apology saying property sold and sorry you haven't been able to contact us! Conrans know my requirements and they should have informed me of this property, not left me to find it online and then ignore me. When I last looked it was still listed as available.

We were absolutely delighted with Conran Brockley for the sale of our property over the last few months. The whole team in the office were great, but Felix North who handled our sale was a real superstar - he is responsive and professional, but also a genuinely nice guy with a good sense of humour. We had a few minor challenges in the chain, but Felix kept things moving along and was always happy to help and was a safe pair of hands. We're incredibly fortunate to have found the team at Conran Estates. We were struggling to find a house we liked within our budget, and needing guidance. We originally popped into the Charlton office and met with Michael on a Saturday morning. Michael sussed out what we needed very quickly, and lined us up for a viewing for two houses, one of which ended up being our first home.We're really grateful for everyone at Conran - but Kellie deserves an extra special shout-out. From the outset Conran felt a bit more personal and I was immediately drawn to their idea of a seller's pitch and wanting you present for the 2nd viewing. It felt like you had more of a say! Guy, Charlene & Joey were all excellent, but it was Felix who really guided me through through the sale of my flat. Felix helped with advice and help reassure me even when the process was seemingly taking an age.

Conran were our first choice to sell our flat in Brockley, which turned out to be a prolonged process, one which they told us was one of the longest they'd been a part of. The team are excellent. There are a handful of local estate agents who fit the stereotype - Guy, Felix and the team are the antithesis of this. They're wonderful people who genuinely care about the people they're working for and will fight your corner if and when it is necessary. We really appreciated their hard work on our long and drawn out sale, and in the unlikely event that we decided to sell our house, they'll be our first port of call. Five stars doesnt do them justice

I have just sold my house through Conrans in Brockley and I couldn't be happier with the service. I used them after reading the excellent reviews and I'm so glad I did. Guy and his team have proved to be great to work with and arranged lots of viewings. It was always possible to speak to someone and to get advice. Guy even helped me with problems I was having with the place I was buying. It wasn't an easy process but I felt so supported and it all worked out in the end. I have used other agents in the past and felt that they did as little as possible but this was not the case with Conrans. Guy's valuation of the property proved to be very accurate and not ridiculous like others I received. I have no hesitation in recommending Guy and his team.

I have dealt with a lot of estate Agents and Conran is by far one of the best! From viewing my new home to the very end and signing my contract the staff were helpful and always contactable. I must give a huge thank you to Charlene O'Brien - She was such a wonderful person to speak to, gave me all the information I needed and guided me though everything with a smile on her face such amazing support from her!!!! If I had to give any other feedback I would say the only thing I was not very impressed with was the "Conran Concierge" I was put in touch with them to help set up my utility bills with the relevant providers however not sure what happened but I ended up having to re-setup all my accounts as the applications sent via the Conran Concierge did not work but this was not communicated with me. It was not to much of a big deal for me though.
