GoogleI've dealt with Conran Estates in Charlton as both a tenant and vendor during my time in the area. They're a brilliant office with high level of customer service and great knowledge of the area. The Manager, Michael, is outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

FacebookUseless. Turned up for a viewing, no agent. Rang them, they claimed we had booked for a different time. Girlfriend explained we hadn't, she'd made a careful note of the time we requested, and the time they said we had booked was for a time we had a prior arrangement, so there's no way we would have booked for then. Then it transpired they'd also got us down for a completely different house, one we hadn't even mentioned or asked to see. Didn't get to see house, a wasted trip across London. Today they rang up claiming they left voicemails changing the time of the booking. Doesn't explain why there were no messages on girlfriends phone, why they were insistent we booked incorrectly, why they didn't confirm we got the phantom message and finally, why they had us down for a completely different house. It's not difficult to keep a bookings diary, and if you cock up just admit it, saves getting people wound up and leaving annoyed reviews.
