GoogleConcept Estate agents is an absolute shambles. They are unresponsive and don’t reply to emails (unless its regarding a fee to be paid). Issues we had when moving in were never resolved and it also took a month to fix a broken washing machine - with no updates provided along the way. If you can avoid renting through them I would strongly advise doing so. Boyd Knight is particularly unhelpful and unresponsive.

GoogleI guess they can have 1 star for doing the bare minimum but overall the quality of service provided is sub-standard.

Unfortunately, as the property is managed by KFH, a separate estate agency, this was outside of our control. All we could do was prompt them to address your concerns. GoogleDefinitely recommended, I was looking for a 2-bed flat and during my search Ali & Salih helped me thoroughly. They found me reasonably priced almost brand new house and the process was smooth as well. Couldn’t recommend anyone else but them in south-west London. HAPPY CUSTOMER

GoogleShocking experience, the day before we were meant to move in we were told in a watsapp we can't move in from an expected pipe burst. I was expecting a call from someone and no one did, I had to follow up. My boyfriend and I were left homeless. So dodgy and didn't make any sense. I would AVOID
