If I could do 10 stars I would. Me and my partner were struggling to find a studio apartment in our budget for a few months until we found Concept Estate Agents. It was really easy to find a beautiful studio in our budget with them. The Agent I worked with Giacone was really helpful and friendly. Whenever I had a question he would respond really quick or as soon as he could when available. If you want to rent with them I highly recommend requesting him as your Agent if you can. I have had no issues so far with the studio, me and my partner have been living there for almost a month now and we love it. For any future moves we will be choosing to rent through this Estate Agents again.

Absolutely brilliant and all thanks to Roxy! We were looking for a short term let, which is difficult to find in the current market. Luckily, my phone call was picked up by Roxy, who quickly understood my situation and honestly went an extra mile to get things done and to ensure that everything was organised appropriately. Working additional hours, checking and following up over the weekend and outside of her working hours, even on Sunday; re-checking during the move-in day as well as after it… clearly a very committed and responsible person who can be entrusted and who delivers a valuable customer service. Roxy keeps the bar high from the beginning until the end. Very professional and kind at the same time, honestly a great person to work with! I’m sure the agency is happy to have her onboard.

Absolute worst letting agents. Lived in Lion House. Charge hundreds of pounds a month for heat they don't tell you about. They also sent engineers to go into people units to install new switches so the cnetral heating couldn't be turned off without popping out the fuse. When we had mice problems, the property manager, Jabar ignored us. Getting our deposit back took us several months as they refused to communicate until a statutory declaration form was signed and mailed to the deposit protection service

Bunch of lying crooks who do NOT stick to their agreements or their word. Such highly priced properties and Concept still lack integrity or respect for tenants. Just after their own money. Giacone and Muhammad are liars. Management just LIE to get you in and don't care. Don't believe them when they say they haven't heard of the issues. They know full well and just try to gaslight you. The 'good' reviews I HIGHLY HIGHLY doubt are real. Instead of putting fake reviews out there, here's a bright idea - why not try to actually help your tenants? Make sure you scrutinise your contract if you ever sign anything with these liars. They will NOT carry out any essential checks or repairs before you move in.
