Everything you have stated above about your move out is actually contrary to the truth. The additional items we 'tried' charging you for were discovered once furniture had been removed. Although painting yourself as a victim and us as the terrible estate agents may help fit your narrative, factual photographic evidence tells a difference story. Evidence shows items such as used condoms and thongs were found along with a whole array of filth (we can provide you these photos for a second time if you wish). Kwame, who you have painted to be some sort of a blackmailer actually provided you the courtesy of returning to the property on his day off to amend such issues without being charged. Based on your upkeep of the property and general attitude it came as no surprise that you could not provide a satisfactory clean once again. "lawyering up" as you put it as though to scare us (which is laughable), was not the reason as to why your deposit was returned. We actually provided you grace in only charging you for the oven clean and thought to draw a line under the situation however, it seems as though this has not been appreciated by yourself, much like during your tenancy when we would provide grace on your late rent payments. We hope that in the future you treat people and property better.
