GoogleBy far the most unprofessional and rude agency I have come across in my years in London. Very unresponsive in our communication, so much that they never bothered to notify me that the apartment I wanted to see was no longer available. I ended up going to the viewing and no one was there. They claimed that they never confirmed my viewing, however they asked me if I was available at a certain time and I confirmed that I was and I will be there at the time they proposed. Every other agency would at least have the decency to email me that the property was taken. I lost time from my work for nothing in the end.

Your viewing was not confirmed, a viewing time was only suggested, to which you replied 24 hours later. The booking subsequently was not confirmed and you proceeded to the property without any indication from the agent that this was agreed. We agree this is an unfortunate event and are not happy your time was wasted, however, your recalling of the event is completely biased and does not hold yourself to account for any fault.
