GoogleTerence is my property manager at Complete. He is very responsive to queries, and I always get the sense that he is trying his best to address our needs as landlords. He's been the best Property Manager I've had at Complete (and I've had at least 3).

GoogleYou happily taking a “ new property “ then you find out it’s fully packed with the worst quality appliances and bad quality furniture. Than when you make some small damages and you leave the property they will deduct all your deposit with unreasonable costs even that you have to pay over your deposit... when your washing machine breaks down did not get a new one for more than 6 weeks. When they needing to pay your dry cleaning bill, of course the payment never happened. Never choose this agency, they don’t care about your tenancy or tenants at all.. typical ripping off agency.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
