Google*** The one star is only as this is the lowest rating possible. This agency should have Negative stars ** Complete prime residential more like completely bloody incompetent. It has been T H R E E MONTHS since I’ve moved out of the apartment they manage and I have not received my deposit back. Furthermore they tried to charge me for inventory that I did NOT take. I have sent COUNTLESS emails chasing them for MY MONEY. Their unprofessionalism is so bloody astounding that they did not even perform an inventory check at the beginning of the tenancy or at any point of time during the 9 months I lived in their godforsaken property. Nor did they inform me of the problems this property had. Muliptle leaks THROUGHOUT the year. Sounds like negligence? Do not under any circumstances deal with this agency. Landlords should find a new one to manage your precious investments. As this agency will only frustrate both landlords and tenants.

GoogleI got a very professional service all through my 13 month stay in one of their apartments. Always quick to reply to customer enquiries, I found Adam Carter (my property manager) in particular to be very courteous and reliable. I remember vividly how quickly and efficiently he helped to deal with a water leak issue in the building a few months ago. Overall i have had a positive experience with Complete Prime Residential and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to use any of their services.

GoogleRental agent and property manager are really good but the admin/contract is awful. £200 contract charge for a contract we found online as a free download (same reference number and exact wording), multiple errors that we spotted and sent back to correct, vague wording and clauses that we had to get our own lawyers involved with, unwillingness to change any clause event the ones deemed not valid by lawyers and then £60 'admin' charge. Ridiculous. Shame the back office lets the front facing team down.

GoogleI have never had a better experience with a tenancy agency! All the employees at Complete were a delight to work with and made my flatmate and me feel right at home. From the flat viewing process with Reni to the management relationship with Gary, Complete has been incredibly professional and very helpful. I would definitely recommend using Complete as you don't feel as though they are sharks trying to make a sale, but instead a group of professionals who genuinely want you to be happy and comfortable in your new home/flat. Thanks for everything, Complete!

GoogleI purchased my property through Complete last year and previous to that I was renting another apartment through them. My experience with both the letting and sales teams was very positive. They have been very professional throughout the process and have acted over and beyond their remit when the seller was non-responsive, thus keeping the delay to the process to the minimum level they could. I would like to mention Reni who was very helpful when I had problems taking possession of my rental apartment, even going to the extent of arranging a change of locks when the keys were not to be located on a Sunday. Coincidently she was the person who showed me my apartment and was helpful and proactive with the whole buying processes. Sam, who covered for Reni when she was on leave was brilliant and the handover between them was seamless. I would recommend Complete.

GoogleMy family and I were left without running water and heating on many occasions. The building was a fire hazard as it had flammable cladding similar to Grenfell. They ignored emails and calls and were not interested in helping tenants. Their communication and organisation skills are poor. They would ignore emails and calls. I was accused of not paying rent, even though my rent was paid automatically at the beginning of each month by standing order. This was an error on their systems because of a public holiday, they never acknowledged this when I showed them proof that the rent was paid. I rented the flat with the understanding that it came with parking. The parking for the building was closed permanently after the fire brigade said it was unsafe. I had to arrange my own parking and pay for this. Complete again ignored any calls and emails regarding this and refused to help. At the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge me for ‘cleaning’, even though I had the property professionally cleaned. They tried to claw pennies from the security deposit to cover odd repairs that they refused to fix while I was there. They were happy to re-rent this property to another family, with young children, even though the fire brigade have said it is unsafe.

GoogleUNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY POOR SERVICE Extremely poor service from Complete Ltd: I paid during one year long the full rent of a flat which had a broken window which couldn’t be opened at all, preventing the access to our terrace! While I was promised at the beginning that it would be repaired before I moved in. I had a dozens of exchanges with them, barely any response from them and was finally told that it would be impossible to repair it! Additionally to that, one of their agents came to introduce the flat to potential new tenants and thought it would be a good idea to open the faulty window! Of course, he couldn’t close it anymore and decided to leave the flat unattended with an opened window: first, anyone could have come in the flat and it was very dangerous; second, they couldn’t sort the situation quickly and I had to endure the cold and wind for two days in the middle of January. No need to say I never had compensation for that. On top of that, when I exit the flat, I had a professional cleaning service, which I proved and they decided to charge me £60 without any good reasons … I contested it, notable mentioning that I have paid the full price of a flat that was not fully functional but they did not do any gesture. I will never use Complete Ltd again, would strongly recommend anyone to NOT use them and will make sure to be very vocal about how poorly they manage the service for the flat.

GoogleFrom landlord perspective, Complete does generally a good job at managing a flat on someone’s behalf. Some property manager are better than others - Alina Stancila being one of those. She has been more proactive and consistent in her communication, follow through and issue resolution than other managers we have had over the years. Generally, Complete could do a better job at retaining their talent and making handover from one manager to the other smoother and more effective.

Special thanks belong to Property Manager - Michael Arze who personally accompanied around units me and my wife after complete furnishing. He has answered all our questions and provide us all necessary information and services including handling account etc.. GoogleComplete Ltd have been a fantastic agent. The property I rent is extremely well maintained and a good price. The team at Complete are very responsive and always extremely helpful and friendly. Adam Carter, the property manager, has been fantastic. He has always been very quick to act when things have needed fixing in the flat, and is incredibly supportive and accommodating of the things we need. I would recommend Complete Ltd and would use them again.
