GoogleI had a excellent experience interacting with the consultant Ms Katie Hobson at Complete Prime Residential Limited. She understood our rental requirement. Her communication was superb. She responded very promptly and to the point. In one of the visit, I requested her just 1 hour before to reschedule the viewing and she accepted my request. It saved lot of my time and effort. No complaints or major issues, would recommend for professional tenants. Our property manager was Kirsty R - Good communications and helped us when we required it.

GoogleDespite working in a new job and having the spectre of a pandemic hanging over our heads, my partner and myself have been very impressed with our new property manager, Thomas(not that there was anything wrong with our previous manager). After only a couple of week Thomas has fixed a number of issues which arose in that time as well as a few that could not be fixed during the height of the pandemic. Very professional and a credit to Complete.

GoogleAvoid! As soon they get deposit and rent no one care to take care about property. You can call them , email them no one will get back to you. You will have deal with maintenance yourself if you want to live like a human! Mai Webster , respond the emails!

GoogleI dealt with many estate agents in the London area both as a tenant and as a property owner. I rank Complete Prime Residential as a top service provider. I rented a property through this agency and every single aspect was handled very smoothly and professionally. I especially highlight the professionalism of Ciaran McDonnell who handled the tenancy agreement and getting installed, and George Georgalli who managed the property during my tenancy and kept everything up and running! I definitely recommend!

GoogleThey're very professional and organized, it was my first time moving and they were very helpful especially Madi and darryl as well. The tenancy process went smoothly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend them.
