GoogleRefused to perform repairs/remediation when asked despite insect infestation. Refused to provide landlords details despite repeated attempts (see picture). Initially withheld deposit without reason. They are just a bunch of incompetent crooks. Stay away.

GoogleExcellent Service, little bit question regarding some part of the agreement (pets) but managed very well, I had a problem with Dishwasher during the Inventory and the problem was solved by property Manager Adam Carter in less that 2 hour by my reporting. problems can happen, a quick solution is the difference between a good or a bad real estate agency. I was very impressed by the staff's professionalism

GoogleBrilliant service. My property manager is Sumeya and they have been absolutely fantastic during a difficult time. No question was a stupid one and they answered everything in detail to make sure I was aware of everything. Would highly recommend due to them having great staff!

GoogleWe had a long way to go and it was a bumpy road with Complete in the beginning, also caused by frequent changing Relationship Managers. Now we Zayna Mirza, I receive service level, which I expect as customer. Friendly, responsive, reliable, clear messages ! Very happy to have someone who cares ! GoogleWhen the ceiling of my house broke down, I asked the agent to repair it. The agent immediately contacted the repair company and fixed the repair neatly. No water is leaking from the ceiling of the house now. Thank you.

GoogleComplete managed my property while I live overseas, and take away all the hassle of having to manage property form afar. They provide a great, very efficient management service. When it came to wanting to sell my property, asking Complete to market it seemed a natural choice. They managed my expectations well and dealt with any obstacles very effectively. Great service.
