GoogleThis has been one of the worst Letting agencies that i have ever come across. They have a lot of hidden charges which will come up incase your tenancy contract is coming to an end. The service quality is very very bad.
Just take the service fee and forget about the customer is the attitude of the people whom i interacted.
I would never recommend them and will never deal with them again

GoogleDont rent through this company. Rude people and they dont care. Once you get into the property they make it so hard for you to leave, you barely get deposit back. They try to find reasons to blame you. Lifts always break down, they take ages to fix things, property isnt taken care of by management, we complained several times about teenagers breaking into our building but they do nothing about it. Overall rude people, they have such a condescending tone when you call them, and speak to you like youre stupid.

GoogleMy property Manage Reni, contacted me to inform me that, after a contractual annual audit, it became clear that we were not receiving the current market rental rate for that area. We had a few discussions on this and we listened to the professional advice given. In less than 48 hours the tenant had been contacted, the situation explained to them and the rent readjusted to match current market rates. All communications were carried out in an extremely prompt, professional and efficient manner. My wife and I can highly commend Reni for her endeavours in alerting us to and closing this matter.
