GoogleI had a fantastic experience with Complete! Reni was friendly, helpful, organised, and super responsive - often replying to my emails within half an hour. The moving process was very smooth and I absolutely love my new place. Would strongly recommend Reni and Complete for future tenants!

GoogleAmazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!
Dear Jack, Upon reviewing your tenancy records, we discovered that an independent report has confirmed that the property was left in a poor state at the conclusion of your tenancy. One specific issue highlighted in the report was the presence of a mattress that had been placed on the balcony during your occupancy. Regrettably, this placement led to damage to the mattress, and it was subsequently returned to its original position on the bed before you vacated the property. It is important to note that a significant portion of your deposit was allocated to rectify this damage. GoogleReni and Sam from complete limited helped my wife and I sell our UK property. The Complete Ltd team also managed our rental tenants over the last 10 years. I found the team responsive, professional and helpful. GoogleI have been with "complete" for over 4 years now and they manage my flat, the service has been mixed throughout with good and some bads, until recently where Viktoria lead the move of the new tenants. Viktoria managed the whole move to a great standard and more importantly got all checks and work done, so the new tenants had a nice newly painted flat to move into. Highly recommend Viktoria.

GoogleI have been very happy with Complete Ltd throughout my tenancy, from moving in to moving out. Their team is professional, friendly, and reliable, with clear processes and great communication. When I moved in, Reni Rupprecht helped me with my tenancy application. She guided me through the process from start to finish and addressed a request I had, following up with the landlord to ensure everything was handled. Thomas Wade, my property manager at the time, was quick and efficient in addressing any issues during the tenancy. More recently, Ashleigh Pearson took over as my property manager. She was consistently available and helpful, ensuring everything ran smoothly during the rest of my tenancy. The move-out process was straightforward and efficient thanks to her professionalism and attention to detail. Complete Ltd operates with discipline and integrity, and I have found them to be trustworthy throughout. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a well-organised and supportive estate agent.

Jody has helped me through different requests, one being in need of a gate remote to access a car park which was something I needed quite promptly! Jody would always be attentive and reply to my queries in no time! Jody showed amazing communication by always keeping me updated on the ongoings of the request and done everything to help the process move quickly to enable me to use my car park space which was exactly what I needed! I couldn’t of asked for a better person to deal with my request as my needs where met outstandingly. Jody is a lovely lady l and I’m glad to have her as my property manager! Thank you for all you do x

Jody has resolved outstanding concerns that were left unactioned by her predecessors for 3 months within a couple of days of reaching out to her. Jody is demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and is very quick to offer solutions. Many thanks Jody! We recently had an issue with hot water at the development. Jody Micallef, the property manager, as always, ensured a quick resolution despite having to chase the facilities management company. Jody is one of the most efficient and professional people I have met, and always goes out of her way to help with any issues. Thank you again Jody for saving the day! (2)I have had a great experience with Complete. In particular I would like to appreciate and thank Renae who was the extremely helpful and was very generous with her time for all my many questions. She always has an answer and solution! Thanks to Renae, moving was a stress free experience!! (3) Jan 2020 - Jody is an extremely driven and highly motivated professional who always aims for the best standards. She is also very helpful and knowledgeable, and is always ready to support with queries. She is also extremely prompt and efficient in dealing with any tenancy issues (such as the hot water/heating not working etc). I feel very lucky to have Jody for my property manager.

GoogleI started dealing with Zoe from Complete... And although I was late at every stage submitting whatever was needed.. Zoe was absolutely amazing at helping me to get everything sorted. She went over and beyond what was expected of her, and I have moved into an amazing apartment thanks to her. I cannot recommend Zoe enough, and unfortunately 5 stars is not enough.. If I could, I would definitely give Zoe 10 stars!! Thanks very much for everything

Nice, professional and responsive, ideal for people who care about what they get for their money. I can only recommend our agent Jody, as we had some unexpected issues during tenancy, but she always handled them very responsibly and in short time. GoogleI've only been a tenant of Complete Properties for just over two months now but I've got to admit that it's genuinely on the most professional agencies I've dealt with in my 5 years of experience as a tenant. Reni, with whom I was initially in contact with to secure the flat was always very accommodating and helpful with any requests that I had prior to moving in. An equally excellent impression was left from Lizzie who is managing the flat maintenance matters. She responds to all my requests within two days and she takes action proactively to reach out to the handymen. So far it's a very organised and honest agency which is quite rare to find London in my opinion. Thank you Lizzie and Reni for all your hard work!

GoogleComplete have been great to work with - they've made the whole process of renting a flat very easy compared with other agents I've had in the past. Reni was a great help when sorting the contracts etc and managed everything very efficiently and was lovely to work with! George has also been great - he's been so helpful and is always so friendly.. he's gone out of his way to help resolve some small issues with the furniture and is so efficient, polite, keeps me fully up to date and I've never had to chase anything because he's so quick at sorting things out (a complete anomaly compared to by previous experiences with agents!). Thanks so much to both of you!
