I have never experienced such utter chaos. Cluttons have absolutely no idea how to manage a tea party, let alone a property. They lost check-in documentation, they didn’t respond to multiple repair requests, and your point-of-contact changes on a monthly basis!Absolutely impossible to reach anyone over the phone. Their high staff turnover is a clear indication of the chaos internally! Avoid them at all costs!

Please, please if you are taking the time to read these reviews because you’re considering any interaction or business with this underhanded cowboy company take heed! From soaring, unjustified or explained management fees, to being uncontactable, not assessing pressing issues and charging for maintenance issues that don’t exist and a disappearing sinking fund, our list of problems due to their mismanagement is huge. When we have asked for an audit of their expenditure of OUR money they say they audit themselves! Do not get involved with anything that gives them access to bill you.

I also felt the offer process was handled well. I only viewed the one flat with them which I reached out to book, so didn't get to experience any of their support through a search process but they were very flexible about communicating second visits, inspections, and one last post-exchange, pre-completion visit through the seller.

GoogleQuite frankly the most unprofessional estate agent in London. If you’re going for them I wish my sincerest best of luck. Poor communication, constant changes, unable to track communication, slow to Respond are just some of the things that come to mind.
